By accessing or using Postmizer's applications and website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Postmizer provides tools to create, schedule, and publish social media content for Facebook and Instagram. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or infringes on third-party rights

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Postmizer is not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party platforms.

7. Payment and Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postmizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request export of your data before account deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
